Abstract
결론
전치부 반대교합을 주소로 서울대학교병원 소아치과에 내원하여 FR-Ⅲ로 치료받은 남자
18명, 여자 15명을 대상으로 치료 전후의 안모 연조직의 변화에 관하여 연구한 결과 다음과
같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 남자의 치료 전후 선계측치 평균 변화량의 유의성 검정에서 An, SLS, LS, A, Is는 실
측치 및 Index치 모두 유의한 전방이동이 인정되었으며 Li, B, Pog는 실측치 및 Index치 모
두 유의한 후방이동이 인정되었고 Li, ILS, Pog'는 Index치만 유의한 후방이동이 인정되었
다.
2. 여자의 치료 전후 선계측치 평균 변화량의 유의성 검정에서 An, SLS, Is는 실측치 및
Index치 모두 유의한 전방이동이 인정되었고 Ls, A는 실측치만 유의한 전방이동이 인정되
었으며 Ii는 실측치와 Index치 모두, Li, ILS는 Index치만 유의한 후방이동이 인정되었다.
3. 연조직 두께의 평균변화량의 유의성 검정에서 남자의 SLS, Li 실측치 및 Index치 모두
유의한 증가가 인정되었다.
4. 남녀 치료 전후의 각계측치 평균 변화량의 유의성 검정에서 Upper Incisor Angle은 남
녀 모두 유의한 증가가 인정되었고 Facial Convexity Angle은 남녀 모두 유의한 감소가 인
정되었으며 Upper Lip Angle은 남자만 유의한 증가가 인정되었다.
5. 경조직 변화량과 연조직 변화량의 차이에 대한 유의성 검정에서 남자의 A : SLS, Is :
Ls, li : Li와 여자의 A : SLS는 실측치 및 Index치 모두에서 유의한 차이가 인정되었고 여
자의 Is : Ls는 Index치에서 유의한 차이가 인정되 었으며 Upper Incisor Angle의 변화량과
Upper Lip Angle의 변화량 사이에도 남녀 모두 유의한 차이가 인정되었다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the soft tissue changes following FR-Ⅲ
therapy. The sample consisted of 18 males and 15 females. The mean age of
pretreatment was 9.0 years in males and 8.3 years in females, and the mean treatment
time was 10.8 twos. in males and 12.2 mas. in females.
In this study the index method was adopted to exclude the effect of growth during
FR-Ⅲ therapy.
The obtained results were as follows ;
1. In the linear measurement of male, Apex nasalis, Superior labial sulcus, Labrale
superior, Subspinale, and Incision superior moved forward significantly in both actual
and index value, Incision inferior, Supramentale, and Pogonion moved backward
significantly in both actual and index value, and Labrale inferior, Inferior labial sulcus,
and soft-tissue Pogonion moved backward significantly in index value.
2. In the linear measurement of female, Apex nasalis, Superior labial sulcus, Incision
superior moved forward significantly in both actual and index values, Labrale superior,
Subspinale in only actual value, and Incision inferior in both value, Labrale inferior,
Inferior labial sulcus in only index value moved backward significantly.
3. In the measurement of sort tissue thickness, Superior labial sulcus and Labrale
inferior of male increased in both actual and index value.
4. In the angular measurement, upper incisor angle of both sexes increased
significantly, facial convexity angle of both sexes decreased significantly, and upper lip
angle of male increased significantly.
5. In the measurement of differences between hard and soft tissue changes, there
were significant differences in between Subspinale : Superior labial sulcus, Incision
superior : Labrale superior, Incision inferior : Labrale inferior of male and Subspinale :
Superior labial sulcus of female in both actual and index value, and Incision superior :
Labrale superior of female in only index value. There was significant difference between
upper incisor angle change and upper lip angle change.
